Payment Methods & Advance Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

Customers may make payments through the following methods:

• Bank transfer or direct bank deposit
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash

Official payment details will be provided when the quotation or order is confirmed. Customers should make payments only to the account details supplied through Digital World Printers & Advertisers' official contact channels.

Advance Payment Required

Design work, material preparation, procurement and production will not begin until the required advance payment has been received and verified.

The required advance amount will be stated on the quotation, invoice or order confirmation. An order will enter the production schedule only after the advance payment is confirmed. Estimated completion time will begin from the date on which both the final artwork or order specifications and the required advance payment have been approved.

Balance Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the finished order is collected, dispatched or delivered. Digital World Printers & Advertisers reserves the right to hold an order until all outstanding amounts have been cleared.

Payment Confirmation

After making a payment, customers should send the payment receipt, transaction ID or bank-deposit slip through our official WhatsApp or contact channel. An order will not be treated as paid until the transaction has been successfully received and verified.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct payment details and paying any bank, wallet or transfer charges applied by their payment provider.

Payment Security

Digital World Printers & Advertisers will never ask customers to share their ATM PIN, mobile-wallet PIN, online-banking password or one-time password (OTP). Customers should not send sensitive banking credentials through WhatsApp, email or any other communication channel.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation, adjustment or refund will be handled according to our Returns, Reprints, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy. Once design work, material preparation or production has started, charges already incurred may be deducted and customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
